Math Lesson Plans

Following the steps below, Britannica Online School Edition allows educators to view math lesson plans created by the Britannica editorial staff or other K-12 educators who have access to Britannica.

1. Open Britannica Online School Edition.
2. Click one of the levels: elementary, middle, or high.
3. Click My Britannica in the top right corner of the screen.
4. Log in to a personal account or create an account if you don't have one and then log in.
5. Once you have logged in, click My Britannica again and select the link for Public Lesson Plans.

6. Use the filter on the left to select the grade level and the subject for which you would like to see lesson plans.

Educators have the option of using the resulting lesson plans in their original form or modifying them and saving the modified version to their account.

Britannica also allows educators to create their own lesson plans for core subjects.  Get started by clicking resource packs rather than public lesson plans after you log in to My Britannica.

Then create a resource pack containing content relevant to the lesson and convert the resource pack into a lesson plan.
