So. . . switched phone plans (number is the same for any who have it), but in the process of also switching over from my 2+ year old phone the people at my local Cinci Bell store lost ALL of my contacts.
Long story short, return to shop, have to wait, and. . .told they have no clue how the numbers didn't get transferred, and after finding the old sim card to be blank (was not when the old phone was brought into them) no means to help.
So, basically the whole process ended up being a nice big waste of an hour and a half rolled into ball of stress that then gets coupled with them not offering anything for our inconvenience, and when it is mentioned their best offer from manager in charge is 'twenty dollar credit'. (I have seen supervisors give better credits/price breaks at Meijer to people who complained about what was basically nothing) Oh, and the manager on duty was a complete dick.
This all brings us to current situation. . . my contacts? All gone. If it's not a family number it isn't written down ANYWHERE to retrieve. Thus, please send me your number if you want me to have it?
