When passed, the legislation will require employers to pay superannuation contributions at the same time as an employee’s salary and wages — a common-sense reform expected to deliver far-reaching benefits for workers, businesses, and the broader economy alike.

Beyond the Break

We are fresh from our 3rd annual, all-company 'North by Northeast' Summit held, for the first time, in Zepto's founding home of Byron Bay.

We gathered to connect our remote-first team for three days of in-person collabs, story telling and celebration of all we've achieved in the past 12 months.

This year, the NXNE theme centred around Together We're Stronger — a Zepto company value that binds our distributed team and reminds us that we're all on this journey together.

There were big ideas at this NXNE, inspiring collaborations, and constant laughter. These are moments that truly stitch the Zepto fabric together and drive us forward with the realisation that when we work as one, there's nothing we can't accomplish.
