Pretty Simple Progress meter

Àpèjúwe

Track your progress, and showcase it on your WordPress website with the Pretty Simple Progress meter.

Once installed, use the default settings or head over to the settings panel in your dashboard sidebar and configure it to your liking. There’s even an instant preview in the settings page to help you customize to your heart’s content.

Then drag over the widget into your sidebar and plug in the info, including the units of your choice. You can even select a graphic to accompany your progress bar, link to your own, or turn off the image all together.

It’s pretty, it’s simple, and it’s a progress meter.

Dedication

The Pretty Simple Progress meter widget is dedicated to my wife, Alison, as well as my entire family. Without their support and inspiration, I would likely be sleeping in a ditch, rather than making this WordPress widget.

Also, a shout out to WordPress, for being free, cool, and full of win.

FAQ

Do you plan to release further updates on this?

I may. I’m not a coder by design … I’m a designer. I just wanted to create something that worked well, looked good, and tracked progress. I suppose if it’s broken in anyway, I’d fix it. But from my testing so far, it’s not going to bust anyone’s site.

Where can I find support on this widget?

Like I said, the product is simple and small enough not to require much support. Granted, the widget isn’t dummy-proof. I suppose if anyone needs support, they can visit the webpage I made for it and post a comment.
