Police shot and wounded a man in the upper torso when he tried to drive his car on a police officer.
The wounded burglar is in hospital care, but did not receive life-threatening injuries.
The chase began in Vantaa where the men were discovered breaking into a grocery store. The fleeing driver nearly collided with chasing police cars several times during the chase.
When their getaway car was finally stopped in Haaga, one of the men fled the scene running. Police are still searching for him.
