Members of the media are welcome to attend and cover XPONENTIAL. To maintain quality news coverage, XPONENTIAL requires media representatives to verify their roles. All media registrations are reviewed by Event Management prior to the show for approval.

By registering for XPONENTIAL, approved media receive access to both XPONENTIAL and MDEX, providing a unified view of commercial, defense, and government applications of autonomy in one place.

Vetting criteria for media badge: Applicants for media badges should be able to demonstrate that they are working media on editorial assignment and regularly cover topics of relevance to the event.

Accepted credentials include a link or scan of a bylined article, a business card from the news outlet reflecting news role, or confirmation of editorial assignment.

Please note that with a media badge, freelance and contributing writers and photographers are not permitted to solicit their services at XPONENTIAL.

Eligibility:

  • Websites, bloggers, podcasts, Youtubers, and social media content creators may be eligible for media badges on a case-by-case approval basis. Content must be original and regularly updated.
  • Advertising sales representatives, commercial producers, marketing and PR agency staff, and photographers for hire are not eligible for a media badge and should register for an XPO Hall or Full Conference pass.
  • Exhibitors gathering content for their corporate websites and blogs are not eligible for media badges and should register for their exhibitor badge.
  • A history of being registered at previous AUVSI or MDNA events does not guarantee approval or waive the accreditation requirement.

Right of Refusal:

Event Management reserves the right to deny media badges at their sole discretion. Event Management also reserves the right to modify media qualification credentials at any time. Misconduct or misrepresentation of position and/or publication/news organization will bar you and your organization from all future events. Media representatives are responsible for their travel and lodging.

By registering for the show, you explicitly consent to receive fax, telephone, and email communications from Event Management under 47 U.S. Code 227 and any other applicable regulations.
