πŸ‘Ύ About Me – xXxTheDarkprogramerxXx

Hey there! I’m xXxTheDarkprogramerxXx β€” a passionate reverse engineer, developer, and tech tinkerer from πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦ South Africa. I’ve been in the PlayStation scene since the PSP days, and what started as curiosity quickly became an obsession with understanding how things work under the hood.

I specialize in building tools for the PlayStation community β€” from the early days of PeXploit on PS3 to my later work on PS2 Classics GUI, PS3 Tools, and PS4_Tools. Whether it’s unpacking PKGs, unlocking trophies, working with save data, or building user-friendly homebrew apps, I’m always looking to bridge the gap between powerful functionality and community accessibility.

πŸ’‘ Languages I play with:
C, C++, C#, PowerShell, Unity, Xamarin, Mono, and a bit of whatever the project calls for.

πŸ”§ What I build:

  • GUI tools for modding and hacking

  • Console save editors

  • Emulation utilities

  • Internal dev libraries for game data handling

  • Experimental stuff (sometimes you’ll just have to see for yourself πŸ˜‰)

πŸ’¬ Why I do it:
Because I love it. Because sharing knowledge makes the scene better. Because unlocking hidden potential in our favorite systems is just too much fun to ignore.

πŸ“‘ You’ll find me on GitHub, Twitter (X), PSXHAX, and lurking in various Discords β€” building, breaking, testing, and helping others do the same.

Whether you’re a fellow dev, curious modder, or just someone who appreciates old-school homebrew vibes β€” welcome! Let’s keep pushing limits.
