The extra 30 seconds is not the problem. It's that you left: new app, new context, the flow breaks. Flow is expensive. Nobody talks about this.

My 7-step ritual every time I need AI help on my Mac: 1. Copy context 2. Cmd + Tab to ChatGPT 3. Paste and prompt 4. Wait... 5. Copy result 6. Cmd + Tab back 7. Paste 7 steps is too many. I'm building something to make it 1.
