Neil Gorsuch is unique because he is, quite possibly, the only major and impactful political figure in American history who thinks that we have to honor our treaties with Native Americans based on what they assumed the treaties meant, not how America acted about them.

I love this picture because it pretends conservatives haven't changed at all since 2008. Ask any strong Republican now what they think of John McCain. You can't claim the right is at the same spot as it was in 2012. The right is very proud of the fact that it's nowhere near there

Bad news (real data) for Dems in Florida. There's a city council election in Jacksonville today. First of all, turnout is massively up. It's over 5% higher than it was in May 2019 with some precincts left. In 2019, Dems won this seat by 16%. GOP about to win it by 4% today.

Arizona Dems were so expecting a red wave that they strategically did not even run enough Arizona House candidates to win a majority. Pretty clear that Lake/Masters dragged the ticket down enough that Dems would have had the majority had they fielded a full slate.

Even giving the most charitable bonus to Democrats for the uncontested races, Republicans currently lead the Congressional total vote in Arizona by 7%. Kari Lake is running 7.5% behind a generic Arizona Republican. Blake Masters is running **12.5%** behind a generic Republican.

Jews are barely safe in NYC *now*. The very likely next Mayor supports people and groups that advocate violence against Jews worldwide, and he can't even just not criticize it––he has to actively defend it. Jews will absolutely not be safe under him.

Semi-final numbers, accounting for uncontested races: GOP Congressional candidates in Arizona: +6.3% Kari Lake ran 7.1% behind Arizona Republicans. Blake Masters ran 11.4% behind AZ Republicans. Kimberly Yee ran 4.9% ahead of AZ Republicans. Yee ran 16.3% ahead of Masters.
