pretty sure tomklock was just temp account for @tklocanas who didnt send his 2sol allocation. you can see on @spvenino33 transfers of AICC that tomklock sent all their tokens to spvenino but spvenino also sent all their tokens to @tklocanas both having the same 2 sol allocation.
