    Just because something keeps getting repeated, doesn't make it true. Disinformation online is a real threat. Trust, but verify. If the info seems off, Google it. See if a variety of news outlets (ones you've actually heard of) are reporting it. Can't find it? That's a red flag.

    A white woman in North Carolina felt so comfortable calling people the N word, she went on the news to defend her decision to say it. “I used that word because they forced me into it,” she said. This is outrageous and shameful.
