I hate that I have to remind people of the C-word…CONSENT!
Whether it be anything sexual, being flirty/suggestive and so on. It’s better to ask and check with both people that it’s alright.
And adding onto this, some things may seem innocent/harmless to you or even if you act with no ill intentions, some people may not see it that way.
Which is why it’s better to check that both people are comfortable with the interaction.

Women don’t just belong in the fandom purely to make your fursuits, art and merch etc!
No matter how much or little we bring to the fandom, we shouldn’t have to prove our worth or skill in order to be respected!
I hate the mentality that you need a fullsuit in order to be “popular” or “successful” in the fandom.
Like, sure it’s nice to own one, but it shouldn’t be the only or main reason you befriend someone or take the time to make an effort.
