I'm starting something new this week. Most teams selling to government find out about a deal the day the RFP drops. By then it is a race, and the agency picked its favourite months ago. The hard part is that the early signs were public the whole time. 👇️

Day 150 at a fast-growing startup 🚀 Probably the craziest 150 days of my career so far. The biggest thing I've gained is founder and operator empathy. From the outside, you don't really see how hard it is to try to build a billion dollar company.
