Replying to @caspercadiaN and @BLASTPremier
Please try this:
1. Steam → Settings
2. Web Browser → Delete cache + Delete cookies
3. Downloads > Clear download cache
4. Steam should restart & log in again
5. Start CS:GO & it should re-initialize
6. Play as usual
This fixed it for me. Let me know if it works for you.
