I'll be in a miserable mood, for no apparent reason, and 30 minutes of exercise will change that instantly.
I've heard quit a bit about how the typical knowledge worker's concentration caps out around 30-40 hours- does anybody actually buy into that? I feel like closer to 60-70 is realistic (anything past that starting to yield diminishing returns)

Certainly not advocating for most people giving up their work life balance, but considering the time it takes to hit deep work, not finding a lifestyle that maximizes it in some regard seems like a bit of a waste
