If these guys jumped out of a car and grabbed you on the street in Indianapolis or Tampa, would your first thought be that they are government officials? Would compliance be your natural reaction??
It's unacceptable for policing to look like this in America. This should both frighten and outrage anyone who wants the US to remain a free society.
