If it is the same ISIS we all know, don’t look elsewhere, ask the CIA. ISIS in Iraq and Syria were using American weapons, American intel and USD. Many reports said they were sponsored by the CIA. They knew of the attack before it happened.

Everything seems to be going wrong everywhere with Ukraine even at the training ground. This should be a clear signal to them that it is over and call for peace with Russia. Thousands of lives can still be saved.
