The transition phase is the most important. Decide today if you are going to start the next phase reloaded or just back from a break. Sport-specific training in the offseason is a bad idea. Finish the rehab, detrain like a human, and do what is needed to start a GPP.

Excited about shirtless outdoor LPS tracking for athletes. Also excited for new apparel for those wanting real alternatives to current tops. Nice work @TrayvonBromell today!

We started out doing high step ups, concentric only, but a few athletes took it to the next level. We will clean this up and add it to the tool box.

I’m a big fan of Staggered RDLs as a unilateral-biased hinge. Maybe it’s just me, but I hate watching athletes lose balance during regular SLDLs . These are a chance to go heavier, focus on one side, give variation w/o much variation, then an easy transition to regular RDLs

Plyometric exercises are more art than science with methodology, but you can build your own catalog based on what your program needs. Simple characteristics of purpose & strain factor is a good start with most coaches. After the base elements are organized, focus on the details.

My favorite and nearly only landmine exercise. It's not magic but I must give credit as tight athletes respond to this more than what we were doing earlier with unloaded options.

Landmine Hip Series - Landmine sways focusing on increasing strength and stability in the hips from a deep range of motion while maintaining an upright posture in the frontal plane Mobility is heck of a lot more than just stretching. Keep those hips right for #explorethecorners

Nothing new here but if you are a fan of Polish boxes make sure you share what you think are good workout configurations. To me after a year of using them religiously you should see muscular development laterally and medially below the knee. They have worked wonders for decades.
