    I'm one week post op from a hysterectomy to confront years of horrific pain and bleeding from fibroids, suspected adenomyosis, and large ovarian cyst. These conditions and the upheaval they cause are startlingly common. I'm ANGRY that so many women don't know that. I didn't 🧵
