I want y’all to get used to the idea that jealousy is a real feeling. It happens between friends, between lovers, between strangers. It can be healthy, if you actually confront it, acknowledge it and give it room to move through you. Denying it is what makes it toxic.

I am sad about the children that woke up today and lost their lives. I am sad for the 10 Black people that have already been forgotten. I am sad we basically have to disassociate to simply exist in this world right now.
