7 years vegan. I don’t have health issues. I didn’t lose gains. I don’t spend a lot of money on food. And I don’t spend a lot of time on complex food combining. Don’t listen to anti vegan propaganda that says this lifestyle is unhealthy, expensive or impractical. It’s not.

There are very few things I’m certain about, but veganism is one of them. I don’t care that 99% percent of people disagree. 99% of people are wrong. Peace is better than violence. Compassion is better than cruelty. A vegan society is better than a non vegan society. Zero doubt
