Have you ever built a website with HTML, CSS, jQuery, PHP, MySQL and uploaded it to server using FTP? And manually created databases on PhpMyAdmin? No frameworks, no build tools, no pipelines. I’ve done that for many years! It was sufficient and quick for simple websites.
