My daughter has been fun since she could stand on her own. She enthusiastically laughs at jokes, helps me make coffee, listens intently when I teach her things. I can’t even really imagine this take. I feel bad for you and your child.

In drive-through, yes it happens (I've experienced it at McDonald's a couple times over the years -- I don't do Starbucks)
Inside, it would suspect it is someone making a pass
No, the most insane is when they pull into the shoulder to pass you. Happens all the time where I live. I think you should get automatic jail time for it and lose your license for 5 years.
