Railways is concerned about your complaint. Sufficient uniformed force personnel are deployed to regulate to prevent any untoward incident. Around 200 MSF personnel have been pressed into service for passengers. Staff advised to be alert & take action against such miscreants.

all post of Mumbai Division have been instructed to take strict action against door blockers. In the current year till July 4830 cases regd. And prosecute in court. Hon'ble court fined them with Rs. 1673500/-
