Inadvertently hopped into a wrestling stance to fit everyone into a selfie w/o getting too close. Today, we had particularly good turn-out, with students, staff, faculty deans, & professors converging on the Yard to enjoy the simple pleasure of running together.#harvarduniversity

My largest remaining NSF grant, which was awarded by a competitive process on the recommendation of national experts, was terminated yesterday. The money would have paid for PhD students to invent better AI systems for everyday people who need programs written for them but ...

Keep getting mistaken for a student when I'm not wearing super-professional clothing, but I don't mind. Just happy to meet the students here, who are all pretty awesome. Paraphrased from tonight: "What year are you?" "I'm the new professor on your quals committee!"
