    Before you become a HS head coach. You need to run the weightroom. Clean the locker room. Wash uniforms. Paint the field. Fix equipment. Handle recruiting. U have to do it all, as an assistant first. Prove you can do it. Then you become a HEAD COACH! You just don’t go to the top!

    Do you play more than one sport in HS? I would like to see data from CWS teams and Final Four teams. I would bet the majority of those collegiate student athletes played multiple sports in HS...

    Deadlift at STATE POWERLIFTING @swaggmakeplays was down 45 lbs with 1 rep left. He said “Put the weight on the bar, I’m not losing.” Bar was loaded with 430 lbs (50+ lbs more than he has ever lifted). See below! Proud Coach. @WestwoodDNA showed up. #gROW #BlueCollarCats
