Parents came to visit before my surgery next week. Literally bought me a freezer, put it in my basement, and filled it with meals. THAT”S HOW YOU DO IT.

I grew up in a small town in North Dakota. To think that someday I would be invited to give a talk in Bangkok at the #ISNWCN and be author on a Lancet publication on the same day makes me want to cry.

Watching the new Zac Efron series on Netflix and his “water sommelier” 💧 tells him to never drink purified water because it will leach all the minerals out of your body. I think my head exploded. 5 minute rant later... 13: Mom. 🙄 It’s not always about the kidneys.
