    Ask companies how AI is going and you'll get usage back. Seats filled, tokens burned, PRs opened. All of it is real, and none of it tells you if a single customer is better off.

    @dhh You talked about how Ruby / Rails is great to build on with AI. So, I built an app using Rails 8 for the first time and AI is incredibly efficient at building with it. Huge productivity boost for building new apps 😀
