Die EU muss alles auf die Karte „Forschung und Entwicklung“ setzen, fordert @repasi. Heiße z. B.: massive Entbürokratisierung von Zugang zu Fördermitteln und Aktivierung von Risikokapital. Außerdem brauche es einen Sinneswandel, dass Forschung wieder mehr ins Risiko gehen muss.
