    A 🧵of things I wish I knew when I started developing on Solana. 1. A wallet isn't an actual data struct. It's just a public key. All tokens are stored in "associated" token accounts stored at addresses deterministically found by hashing the wallet and mint addresses

    Gentle reminder that Solana is the only blockchain where you can mint 1,000,000 NFTs for less than $100. If large companies get into dropping NFTs, there’s only one place they are going to go.

    This is unbelievably cool. Giving authorities the ability to monitor an entire city in a disaster situation. Only possible with the kind of redundant coverage available through the @helium IOT network. Utility that could save your life. Only possible on Helium. OPOS.

    It's been a busy 72 hours for us. This is the Operational Command Center in Lisbon, where the Mayor, City Councilor and Civil Protection Director monitor the flood situation in the city using greenmetrics.ai's Early Flood Detection platform on the right side screen. 1/9

    For over a year now, Solana has just worked. No insane fees. No issues landing transactions. No congestion on my contracts. Vibrant dev community. It’s been a pleasure to work with I really don’t understand why you’d build anywhere else.

    Can’t believe people are still dumping time and money into L1s that are either slower than, or only slightly faster than Solana. If it isn’t an order of magnitude faster, it’s a complete waste of time. Nobody is going to build in a wasteland with no users just because the devex

    I know you all want SOL to flip ETH, but if it does the min rent cost to create a single PDA will be $0.60. Some common costs at $665 sol: Token account - $1.35 LP Position - $10 Program Deploy - Your first born child Lowering rent costs should be the next big coredev effort.
