1. MSTR only needs to service the convertible debt until expiration. The latest interest rate was 0%. The notes are issued with expirations of >= 4 years out, which BTC historically has cumulatively had > 20% CAGR.

$MSTR owns ~200k BTC
They’re trading at a mcap as if BTC is at $120k.
Is their 100mm sw biz enough to justify this much premium?
Other cos can also buy BTC ETF or 2x BTC leveraged ETF to get equivalent price action so $MSTR doesn’t offer unique
Resistance is still holding strong and it takes strong hands to hold through this repeated failed break through.
