Today we celebrate our 50th birthday. From Oct 16 1968 to Oct 16 2018, we have aimed to create an unique atmosphere with carefully curated screenings of films both new and old. We hope we can do it for 50 years more #QFT50#HappyBirthdayToUs
Cinemas stick together. Big thanks to our friends at @moviehouseni! They've given us this 35mm platter system. With it, we'll be able to show longer 35mm films at QFT.
There's a bit of maintenance work to be done but we can't wait to get it up and running. Keep your 👀out!
With the good news from the Executive that cinemas in Northern Ireland will be able to reopen from 24 May we are happy to say we've already begun work on opening our door once again. Programme details will be announced closer to reopening. We can't wait to see you all again.
