As @oscepa President, I strongly condemn 🇷🇺’s air attack on 🇺🇦 last night, which killed & injured civilians and damaged @UNESCO‑designated Dormition Cathedral. Deliberate strikes on civilians & civilian objects violate international humanitarian law & demand full accountability.
