Fun fact: while "slugging" has been labelled a Korean beauty trend by Western media, Korean media clearly calls it a foreign beauty trend popularised by Tiktok and IG. Much like the 10 step Korean skincare routine, "slugging" never existed in Korea. #kbeauty

Fun fact: micellar water (and cleansing water lately) are more popular than cleansing oils in Korea 🥸 The 10 step routine is a myth created in the West to sell people random products, there are standard routines suitable for everyone.

Yes! I feel that when we hear “double cleanse” we think only oil and water based cleansers. Both contain surfactants just like a micellar water. Use the combination that works best for you! 😊
