Almost 4 years ago, I walked away from my dream job as an AI researcher to build something of my own. It’s been incredibly rewarding but incredibly lonely. I’m still not sure it was the “right” decision for my personal happiness, but to anyone else considering going all in on

it’s actually crazy seeing how much some VCs value a college degree from a top university. I interview and work alongside a lot of young talent from these top universities (and those not from the top universities). I can confidently say there is no correlation between

your runway will increase 5x if you live in bangalore rather than SF. why? its $500 a month for housing + a private chef in bangalore 🤯🤯🤯 for so many founders, this is a much smarter decision, and for some reason I see sooo many founders not understanding that 🧐 so to put

it's Feb 2024 we didn't have plans to expand to Bangalore. but @hardeep_gambhir saw a concentration of builders in India and thought why not he flew from SF in May to expand there. to this day, he can't decide which is better: SF or BLR story of The Residency BLR🧵👇
