Friendships are formed when nothing of value is happening. You need to spend a lot of time with no purpose in order to build a bond with someone. But by today's standards, if you are spending a second without creating value, you are being the "worst version of yourself"

Ambition is contagious. Surrounding yourself with people who have ambitions lower than you can actually extinguish your fire. Common phenomena to observe all around. Simply because it's hard to be questioned existentially by people with drive who have dreams so high and unique.

Startup. MBA. College. Going abroad. Job. Starting a company. Freelancing. Joining CBC etc. etc. Goddamn do what you think is, and works, best for YOU. These things, your life and career are not that easy to be summed in a “startup >>> college” or “college >>>startup” tweet.

Death of ambition is real. Watching someone go over a failure and succumb to status quo, when you had once seen spark in their eyes to achieve greatest things in the world, is just sad. Being relentless without self-awareness (gut) is sure shot way to be at this spot.
