What an amazing photo of a tayra! This inquisitive mammal is a member of the mustelid family and is more commonly known as the honeycomb-eater in Brazil, after its favourite food. We’re very pleased to be supporting @rainforestconce monitor the wildlife in the Neblina Reserve 🌳

Happy Friday from this little tayra in the Neblina Reserve, Ecuador 👋 The tayra is from the weasel family and native to the Americas Our camera traps are vital tools to help us monitor the forest and learn more about those who live there Thank you to @naturespy for your support

This brown #bear may appear to have that #fridayfeeling, but whilst ridding itself of a hard to reach itch, it’s also scent-marking and covering its fur with water-resistant resin and sap which are effective tick repellents! This footage is from the #Bioterra Project in Croatia.
