- If Maestro proves anything, it's that Bradley Cooper should star in a Leslie Nielsen biopic.
- It's a shame we never got a film where Fred Ward played Jon Bernthal's father.
Fred Ward in Tremors appreciation post - Gene Hackman dead at the age of 95. To say he was one of the great actors is an understatement -powerful, explosive & captivating on screen. Great roles in movies like The Conversation, French Connection, Royal Tenenbaums, Superman, Poseidon Adventure & more. Sad, sad, sad news.
- Hear me out... Ryan Gosling for a Rick Flair biopic.
- It's not too late for someone to make a buddy cop movie starring David Keith & Keith David as mismatched partners. Extra points if it has one of those posters where the name is over the wrong actor.
- Some say we live in a golden age of television. But has there been a show in recent times half as good as The Rockford Files? Has there been a character anywhere as cool as James Garner's Jim Rockford? And that's before I even get to that sweet, sweet theme tune!

- I don't know why Pedro Pascal is wasting his time with The Fantastic Four when he really should be rebooting the Smokey and the Bandit franchise.
- Look, @edgarwright's new version of The Running Man might turn out to be a masterpiece, but I don't think it'll have a character who looks like this. If it does, then I'm blockbooking seats immediately.
- What's the point of anything if Rian Johnson doesn't get Pierce Brosnan, Timothy Dalton and George Lazenby to star opposite Daniel Craig in Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery?
- Watched Shane Black's masterful Kiss Kiss Bang Bang for the umpteenth time. First time I noticed a Pazuzu cameo.
- Sandi Toksvig is trending. I therefore feel obligated to post the 'Sandi Toksvig looks like Tom Cruise' thing again. Sorry.
