The best thing I did was hire fun people Not the most experienced or cracked, but the intrinsically curious ones who never said no to the most random side quest I put on their Linear board. Like the time I asked my GTM hire to take an investor call when I was double booked.

Pushed a buggy build and got 10 complaints in the first hour. Which means atleast 10 people used it in that hour, and cared enough to be angry about it :’) I’ll take it as a win the build’s fixed!
