There is serious issue in your backend system which converts online IPTV requests into DTH and no coordination with your field staff.

- @RailMinIndia Missed my Vande Bharat SL and also the connecting Kamrup express ticket booked in tatkal. Duronto Express standing outside howrah for 1 hour. No use of traveling in premium trains as Indian railway cannot afford to provide better services. # No to Indian railway.
- @JioCare requested for closure of my Airfibre Connection no: 03759-315843 through email and also through toll free number but no proper response from your side. If you don’t do it, i’m not liable to pay the unwarranted bills.
- @JioCare want to discontinue my AirFibre Connection but the representatives(Aman) in Jio care are not processing it and insisting on continuing the service. How to proceed now. Already mailed to Jiocare but no reply till now.
