This little guy should have turned 11 today. 3 years ago he went to bed and never woke up. His organs saved the lives of 10 people, including my daughter. Lots of love for Sam Wallman today. His family could use some prayers, I’m sure.

A British guy bought 200 Land Rover Defenders in 2015, right as they stopped being manufactured. He paid about $40k each and they've been sitting in storage ever since. Now he's making modifications to them and selling for $200k+ each. Fortune favors the bold. Love to see it.

It's quite simple. 30 years ago, boomers bought cheap acreage inside the red circle with 9% rates. Today they're wealthy. Today, millennials could buy cheap acreage inside the yellow circle at 7% rates, wait 30 years and be wealthy. You can be a victim or be patient.
