He was a “slave owner” in that he was gifted a slave, hated the idea, and freed him within a year. Then won the Civil War, prosecuted the KKK, and appointed African Americans to prominent roles in government. This might have gotten out of hand.

I’m sorry but this is some of the ugliest behavior of this cycle. Amber Thurman died because of complications from an abortion drug - her own family and attorneys have said it had *nothing to do* with Georgia’s abortion laws. How depraved do you have to be to lie like this?
