i am declaring war on Entropy. It takes a lot of work to keep your business (across all departments) from degrading by itself. the common term is 'technical debt' but there's OPERATIONAL debt everywhere, whether you know it or not. entropy busting services inbound.

Yes Siri and Alexa both sorta suck still compared to now But imagine how many more “ai native” people get unlocked when they INEVITABLY DO figure it out The ceremonial first pitch has not been thrown yet. We. Are. So. Early.

Things apple is messing up badly: - nobody showing up when you type a name into imessage to start a convo - siri (dumb as rocks now, could have been the ultimate gateway to AI assistant) - apple watch (lots of potential there) - AI again. Like where is apple on this seriously

i dont love texting for business stuff (harder to find, AI-ify, etc) but it is helpful when the CEO of a new tool you're onboarding onto just gives you their personal number humans + AI >>>
