- it took me a while, but i finally figured out what nostr is for: permissionless building
- The events of 2020 have accelerated bitcoin's value proposition. Hash rate is at an all time high. @Square is out front, building & funding dev work. So it's a good time for others in Big Tech to reconsider bitcoin & spin up their own exploratory work.
- Canada should not develop its own cryptocurrency like China. Instead, we should embrace Bitcoin. 🇨🇦 /cc @JustinTrudeau @bankofcanada
- I am otherwise a big @signalapp fan but disappointed to see them not embrace the bitcoin/lightning ecosystem. A decision that will age poorly @moxieDid you know you can already make instant private payments using Signal without shitcoins?
- The thought experiment of making Miami the first "bitcoin city" is fascinating to think about. If I were @FrancisSuarez, I would think about the near-term opportunity through the lens of storytelling: How can Miami help inspire the world about bitcoin? How? Spitballing:
