Currently in hospital for a gall bladder op (after a 2.5 year wait & 48 years of contributions). The ward had 8 patients in it waiting for pre-op assessment. Two were Afghans, a Pole, a Ukrainian and a Senegalese. So tell me again why the #NHS is under pressure….??
