ヴィンランド・サガ最終回、第220話が本日公開されました。たいへん長い間お読みいただきましてありがとうございます。トルフィンの長い冒険もこれで区切りとさせていただきます。ひとりの子供が様々な経験を経て大人になる。その成長の過程を描いてみたかったのですが、上手く描けたかしら。

When my oldest son was a baby, he really wouldn't let us sleep. I often took a break from drawing manga and took him for a walk in the middle of the night. He will now take the university entrance exam. He no longer cries at night haha.

ヴィンランドサガの連載はもうすぐ終わります。でも！いえ休載しておいて愚痴なんですけども、…物語を終わらせるのって難しいねー！よく考えたらボクは最終回をまだ一回しか描いたことがないのです。これが2回目。長い連載を最後まで描き切った先輩方って本当すごい。それだけでも尊敬します。
