In 2020, Jeffrey Katzenberg raised $1.75 billion for Quibi. At CES, he faced a skeptical crowd and said: "I've been doing this before you all were f*&king born." Eight months after launch, Quibi was dead. Reality doesn't care about your résumé.

I don’t care who people vote for. But I sure wish that basic economic and financial literacy was a high school requirement. This “message” plays into the opposite.

Great message from Kamala today: "It will be a day 1 priority to fight to bring down prices. I'll take on big corporations that engage in illegal price gouging. I'll take on corporate landlords that unfairly raise rents. I will take on Big Pharma and cap the costs of drugs."

All I see is you would rather make straw man arguments that validate your political tribalism. “White hot rage” is just an insanely reductionist take.

I won't lie. I watched the brave astronauts hit the sea and I got a lump in my throat—@SpaceX had done its job too—and a pod of dolphins came to meet them. In that quiet moment, I saw greatness. That is how the West must stand in the world again. I thank @elonmusk as well.

Listening to Peter Thiel talk with Rogan, one thing stands out—Peter’s always questioning the consensus. It’s like a reflex with him. He doesn’t take anything for granted, always looking for the alternative angle. And he’s honest about it, admitting when he’s offering another way

I’ve seen more and more disgusting comments like this about Indian folks. I think it’s un-American to talk this way. I bet the founding fathers of the USA would agree with me. And you know what?…not enough people that look like me are saying the truth about it.

Not a single one of these companies was founded by Indians. Indians came in after the technology was developed, toadied their way up the corporate ladder, packed the payroll with their useless coethnics, ethnically cleansed the Americans who built the companies, completely

This morning, Mike Maples Sr. passed away in Austin, Texas. To me, he wasn’t just my dad—he was a mentor, a friend, and one of the greatest inspirations of my life. Even though I knew this moment was coming, nothing could get me ready for it. It’s hard to accept that he is

This is basically @Harvard deciding not to have grades without saying it out loud. Which makes it easier to admit students who aren’t qualified in the first place. Harvard needs to decide whether they have high standards for real or if they are a has-been institution milking

I don’t care what your politics are. Can we agree that the Federal Government in the United States has been WILDLY INEFFICIENT in its spending for at least the last 50 years? Can reasonable people conclude that we should do something about that?

Where did the term “tech bro” come from? In my exposure to lots of people and ways of life, I find people in the tech business to be among the least “bro-like” I’ve seen. I would have thought a lot of descriptions would have been more apt. Is it just me?

Sadly California is an example of the perils of a one party state. They don’t care about solving problems because they don’t have to. Ultimately the only solution when something is so profoundly broken is to leave.

Wow. @Stanford statement more cowardly than @Harvard. I want to be proud of my alma mater; today I'm appalled. Statements like this suggest Stanford's "leadership" lives in a bubble with no moral compass, caring more about political correctness than actual education or objective
