    I hope people understand why Zed Is holding his stick thru the ceremony. He could care less about that trophy, it was never about that. He understands the spiritual demension of lacrosse. He personifies his stick,it treated him good today. And he appreciates/loves it for that

    So this is the same old story, different time in history. As native people we’ll continue to run this ever lasting track of hurdles. it’s timeless and exhausting but must continue to fight. The colonizers don’t want Indigenous people to be native. Want us to be Canadian/American

    2019 and the @NLLwings arena announcer saying β€œlet’s snip the pony tail” to the whole arena and fans saying they’re going to scalp me.... damn Daniel.

    That stick carries Respect, unity, equity, purpose, and love. And when you hear β€œmore than a game” Zeddy is showing you what that means. And i hope one day everyone can understand that this is the medicine game in its purest form.

    My heart hurts. This photo makes me want to be at home holding all 5 of my kids. Today is a sure example that legends never die. He is STILL changing us for the good. Parents: grab your kids, hold them, texts them, give them your time. Sending Prayers to all those involved
