I was born the year before the Rangers moved to Texas. My earliest memories involve going to Arlington Stadium and watching Toby Harrah and Mike Hargrove and Jim Sundberg. I’ve been waiting literally my whole life for this. Love you guys.

I hope Brian McTaggart is on his way to the Rangers clubhouse so he can report on whether the Rangers celebrate too much.

Rangers up 10-1 in the 7th in a game that would give them a 3-1 series lead, and John Smoltz is talking about the problems the Rangers face in not having a good starting pitcher for Game 7.

The FS1 announcers are saying a Wild Card team shouldn’t get to have Jordan Montgomery starting in Game 2. They’ve apparently already forgotten that Texas had a bullpen game in game one. And Philly did the same thing against Atlanta.

Rangers beat the Orioles best starter, on the road, rolling with what was essentially a bullpen game.

In the past three months Adrian Beltre was elected to the Hall of Fame and the Texas Rangers won the World Series. It’s the best time ever to be a Rangers fan.
