    #Budget2023 responds to the huge need for progress in welfare and employment supports - 80c rise in the minimum wage, €12 increase in social welfare rates from the 1st Jan. Also, Autumn & Christmas bonus social welfare payments. €400 fuel allowance lump sum payment.
